With almost thirty years of  experience, I commenced my journey in the field of risk management and insurance, proudly continuing the tradition as a third-generation broker, with a steadfast dedication to client service.

Throughout my career, I have deeply immersed myself in the realms of risk and insurance, managing diverse and substantial portfolios as a broker, and then assuming the role of Director of Underwriting for a prominent self-insurance pool. In this capacity, I pioneered and streamlined business processes, overseeing all facets of the underwriting procedure, worked to established claim handling guidelines and oversaw project management for insurtech implementations of major systems.

My proficiency extends to the creation and execution of intricate risk management programs including business processes tailored to a wide array of industries, including Real Estate, Construction, Public Entities, Manufacturing, and Non-profits.
